Biography

Mr. Heller is a member in good standing of the bar in California, New York, and Massachusetts. He is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court as well as federal district and appellate courts throughout the United States. Mr. Heller attended Harvard College, was a University Professors Scholar at Boston University and graduated from the Boston University School of Law. After graduation from law school, he served as a law clerk to the Honorable Irving Ben Cooper, U.S. District Court Judge for the Southern District of New York. As a Justice Department Honors Program recipient, Mr. Heller worked in the Public Integrity Unit of the United States Attorney's Office in Massachusetts. He spent 3 years on the staff of a United States Senator. Mr. Heller has been an associate and a partner in several of the largest and most prestigious law firms in the United States. He has tried to conclusion numerous cases in both federal and state courts and has handled many arbitrations.
